The Villa With A View

I booked a villa that looked stunning online, with a pool and a sea view. The pool existed, but it was being used by the owner’s geese. The sea view was visible if you stood on the bathroom sink and leaned left. I negotiated with the geese all week and lost. On the last day one of them bit me and the owner charged me for upsetting it. The geese got five stars.

The geese had territory, confidence and no mortgage. You were never in the negotiation.
